The last chapter of my ride in China on my way to Kazakhstan. Still on Silk Road route, passing by beautiful landscape of grassland in the north (near Russian border) and the magnificent Tian Shan mountain range. The Tian Shan mountain range started from China-Kyrgyzstan-Kazakhstan border and lies all the way to the Taklamakan Desert in Xinjiang on the east, joined the Pamir mountains in Tajikistan on the west and joined the Hindu Kush in Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan…Tough ride at the mountains, at 1 point i almost caught a frostbite under a heavy snowstorm at the peak of the mountain with a temperature of about -5 celcius…
Some of views are similar to Mongolian countryside especially Blue Sky…
Even similar to the high himalayas of northern India :)
amazing journey, and great photo :)
As I undetstand you took those pictures in Naryn region, Kyrgyzstan. But why do you call people, yurt as Kazakh? They are Kyrgyz…
if you read again the description you will understand that this is not naryn region of kyrgyzstan. these are kazakh people in northern xinjiang, china
superb, i really looking forward to join in your team
